| 1. How to make the data of my researches/projects/co-operations available to the asia research database? Click on this link (questionnaire) to open the questionnaire and wait a few moments until download is completed (This can take up to 2 minutes). Mark the "new entry" button if it is your first time to fill in the questionnaire (update or revision of your data, see below). If you want to send the questionnaire by e-mail, click on the "send by e-mail" button at the end of the form. Otherwise click on the "print" button to send the questionnaire by mail. 2. Is it possible to revise or update the data? Yes, for that purpose open a new questionnaire and flag the "complete/revise entry" button at the top of the form. 3. Is it possible to save the questionnaire? No. Please fill in the questionnaire at once and completely, since due to technical reasons there is no facility for buffering. 4. Do I need an Adobe Reader to open the questionnaire? Yes, of course you need the Adobe Reader software to open the questionnaire. In order to download, please click on the following link (Adobe Reader). 5. Which language should be used to fill in the questionnaire? For the reason of communication, English is the preferred language. Furthermore there is no possibility to translate German or other languages into English. 6. Do I need to answer every question? No, it's up to you. 7. Can I print out the database? Yes, in order to print out a PDF version, click on the following link (PDF-Document). 8. Suggestions and questions? If there are still some open questions or if you have some suggestions, please contact us here (ardb). 9. Do I give up any privacy rights by submitting my data? We adhere to the protection of data privacy. You solely agree that the data entered by you will be submitted to an electronic online database. 10. Will my data be used commercially? No, the database is accessible to the public free of charge. |
